Commercial quality and heavy duty Bakelite sockets installed on twisted wire that is ready to be installed. Available in 3 sizes (e12, e17 and e26) on 16 gauge wire. Bakelite was the first synthetic plastic and was used more than 100 years ago. Bakelite worked great to house electrical components because of its heat-resistant properties and electrical non-conductivity. 100 years later Bakelite sockets are still a great product and have real cool retro and vintage look.
