Inc. is a Colorado based company owned by brothers, Tres and K.C. Coors.
The company was established in 1999 as a direct importer of Rope Light,
Holiday Lights, and a variety of popular novelty lights. Our
lighting lines have grown significantly since then; however, we pride
ourselves on knowing our customers and their needs and most importantly
providing excellent service. Because the owners have years of
experience working within the lighting field, even before starting their
own company, you can trust the quality of our products and the
information you receive. Novelty Lights Inc. strives for
excellence in every aspect of our company, and we promise to provide
knowledgeable salespeople, accurate information regarding products, and
answers to your lighting questions, as well as outstanding and friendly
customer service.

We will respond to your questions! We sell really cool novelty lights; not customer information. At Novelty Lights we are committed to protecting your privacy.
The information you provide is used only within our company to process your
orders. We
do not give customer information to third parties. Although we do send out an occasional E-mail informing
our customers of new products and specials, we do not want to burden you
with unwanted mail. If at any point you wish to
be removed from our e-mail list, please send us an E-mail at customerservice@noveltylights.com
and let us know. Our site is 100% secure. All orders processed on our site use Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption. This is the industry standard for
keeping your information out of the wrong hands. All information is
encrypted before it is sent over the Web. ** January 2008 Do to
increased Fuel and shipping cost we regret to announce a 10% increase in
our shipping costs** We are a high volume shipper
with UPS; therefore, receive good shipping rates, enabling us to pass
the savings on to you. Our base shipping charge is $6.05 and only $.70per pound thereafter. We calculate your shipping cost as follows: Weight

don't need to make money of shipping costs** Product weights can be found on each individual product page. For priority shipping rates please view shopping cart. All orders
placed after 1:00PM MST will be shipped out the next day.
Orders placed after 1:00 MST on Friday will not ship until
Monday. Please Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Our job at Novelty Lights is to keep our customers happy by
providing both high quality products and customer service. We will gladly accept any
return within thirty days after the merchandise is received. The following steps must be taken in order to process any return for
full credit: Call 1-800-209-6122 or E-mail us at customerservice@noveltylights.com
for a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns
a without return authorization number.
Include the packing slip and the completed return form in the box.
Write the return authorization number on the outside of the box
being shipped.
All return merchandise not in original packaging may be subject
to a 20% restocking fee. You must obtain a return authorization number before shipping
merchandise back. If the product is not in excellent condition or its
original packaging you will be subject to a restocking fee. You are
responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. If the product you ordered is defective, or if by chance you receive an
incorrect item, send it back following the same simple steps above, and we will
gladly credit you for
shipping costs. When we receive the returned merchandise we will
promptly ship you a new item. At Novelty Lights Inc. we are committed to pleasing our customers
and building a long-term relationship, which is why we only employ
knowledgeable and friendly sales and customer service staff.
Our customer service hotline is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am
to 6:00pm MST, or email us at any time. We offer several ways to place orders, choose the one most
convenient for you. You can order directly from our website using our 100% secure
server. We will process your order directly using your Master Card or
Visa credit card. In addition, purchases can be made using our simple off-line ordering
process. All you have to do is print your order off our website
and mail or fax it directly to us. Simply follow the easy ordering
directions and mail the completed order with a check or
money order to the address on the order form. Click here

with your credit card number. We accept the following for payment: Visa, Master Card
and American Express
Check
Money order All orders shipped in the state of Colorado will be charged a 7.3%
tax. We do not accept COD orders. Please note that an E-mail confirmation does not automatically signify our
acceptance of your order. Novelty Lights reserves the right, at any
time following the receipt of your order, to accept or decline full
processing and shipping of your order for any reason. Further
information or verification, for both your protection and ours, may be
required for some orders. We appreciate your cooperation and
