Instructions for
Off-Line Ordering
If you don’t have a credit card, you
can purchase with a check or money order following these simple instructions.
To pay by check or money order:

Once you have browsed our site and decided what you
would like to order, just click on the "add" button.

Next, you will be taken to your shopping basket. If you
are going to shop more, click "back". If your order is complete, click on the "I would like to check out" button.

On the next page please fill in the shipping
information and select a shipping method. Click the "continue" button
and go to the next page.

The last screen will display the order form
complete with all the
information we need to process your order. It
is important you double check this information to make sure everything is
correct. Print out the order form.

Note: We hold all orders paid for by personal check until
the check successfully clears the bank. We immediately process orders paid
for by cashiers check or money order.
To fax your order:

Follow steps 1-4 above.

Clearly print your credit card number and expiration date to the right of your billing and shipping information
on your order form.

Fax the completed order form to us at 303-671-5700 for
prompt processing of your order.
